Military History and Heritage Inc. has announced that it will re-launch its member website on 14 October 2012. MHHV president Marcus Fielding said that the revamped website will contain a range of new features which will make it easier to navigate as well as further enhance and promote MHHV member events and activities.
“Member’s logos will also be revolved through the home page and a simple click will take the reader straight to their landing pages”, he said. Improvements have been made based on feedback from members and non-members alike.
“Our current website remains popular with over 1,000 hits per month”, say Fielding, “but the new website with its enhanced features and additional content, should continue to position the MHHV website as the best site for information on what is happening around Victoria’s military history and heritage community, both in Melbourne and in the regional areas.
Remaining prominent on the new site will be the banner images and banner flyers for forthcoming MHHV events, such as the approaching one day conference at the RAAF Museum on Monday 12 November 2012 – By the Seat of their Pants: Australian Airmen and their Machines 1915-1918.
The new site will also show MHHV’s exciting new events coming in April 2013 around Military History and Heritage Week 2013 and open registrations for attendance.
