Vietnam Veterans Day

Veterans, families and the visiting public are invited to join the Vietnam Veterans Day commemoration service at the National Vietnam Veterans Museum. Refreshments on arrival from 10am. Service to commence at 1030 and will include:
• Opening of the Museum’s refurbished Wall of Honour in its new Remembrance and Valour Gallery
• Dedication of Plaques to 1st Battalion RAR Group 1965-66; ‘C’ Company 6th Battalion RAR, the Australian Red Cross Society
• Commemorative Service by the VVAA Museum Sub-Branch including Ode and Last Post
• Guest Speaker Major Bruce Davies MBE (Rtd) formerly 1 RAR and AATTV
Afterwards the Museum’s new exhibition Vietnam Framed will be opened.
